PJBG aims to please and is very adamant in providing the finest quality in bakery products and Jamaican cuisines. 

PJBG's goal is to participate and give back to the local community with special emphasis on catering to all schools.  PJBG will provide impeccable service on a daily basis, directly from a staff  that is well trained and highly motivated. 

Success is key to PJBG's entire team.  The welfare of our customers is paramount.

Our Business

PJBG's concept was born from an incredible idea to honor the memory of Sybil Martin.  The sisters and brother team is indicative of family first and their partnership is an inspiration to a new and exciting beginning for PJBG. 

The quality of PJBG's service is comparable to none.  PJBG pays special attention to its customers trend to include their every need and wants.  PJBG also aspires to keep abreast of the changes in technology, with regards to how, when and where customers tend to dine out.  PJBG expects to report an increase in sales NLT 2012. 



Who We Are

Partin's Jamaican Bakery & Grill is a Limited Liability Company owned and operated Denise Eldred. Bridgette Campbell is the Manager/ Marketing Director and Wayne Campbell is the Manager/ Financial Advisor. PJBG is a start-up company with a clear vision to provide quality service, delicious menu items and excellent customer care to all.  In the very near future we will employ additional staff.  Our main goal is to increase sales by 2012.

 PJBG creation is dedicated to the memory of the late Sybil Martin. She was affectionately know as "Partin".  Partin's experience in the restaurant business spanned over 50 years in Jamaica.  Partin mentored and  fed thousands of young Jamaicans and their parents, who at some point attended Vaz Preparatory School in Kingston.  It was there that Partin operated a very successful restaurant business.
